Upgrading Officers
Upgrade your characters’ abilities.
Acquire Skills
Use Skill Points to acquire a range of different Skills.

Skill Points are acquired when your character levels up. You can also acquire Skill Points by using Skill Orbs. Skill Orbs can be acquired by clearing battle objectives.
Upgrading Levels
Level up your characters by distributing Growth Points. Growth Points are acquired through battle.
Promote
Return a Level 100 character to Level 1, and retrain them. (This can be done up to nine times.)
A promoted character will acquire Upgrade Stones each time they level up. Other bonuses are also available, such as the acquisition of new Skills, depending on how often a character has been promoted.
Use Upgrade Stones
Upgrade Stones can be used to freely develop a character's abilities.
Use the "Reset Upgrades" feature to reset the allocation of Upgrade Stones.
Note: When EXP and Skills for a character have been reset under "Options" at the Camp screen, that character will be reset to its default levels, meaning that all Upgrade Stones will also be lost.
Warrior Training
Send a character off for Warrior Training to aid their development. They can acquire gems and weapons as the spoils of their efforts. Acquiring Camp Rewards allows you to increase the number of Warrior Training destinations.
Note: Characters in the process of Warrior Training can still be added to your team and used in battle.
Upgrading the Camp
Use gems and crystals to acquire Camp Rewards that affect all characters. There are some Camp Rewards that have specific acquisition conditions such as level or number of sorties.
