War Council
A kingdom's policies and objectives will be decided on twice a year.
If you are the ruler, you will make these decisions. If not, then you will have to follow the new policies and objectives by the current ruler. Meet certain criteria and you may be able to offer proposals or make objections.
Kingdom Policy
Decide on kingdom policies at the biannual war council. The ruler assigns importance for each policy, and their subjects take care of domestic affairs, personnel, diplomacy, and military affairs accordingly.
Kingdom Objective
The ruler presents invasion and political objectives at war council meetings.
Make sure preparations are in place to achieve them.
The merits you earn as you complete these objectives will increase your level and rank.
Invasion Objective
In Invasion Objectives, decide which territories to conquer by the next war council.
Political Objective
In Political Objectives, decide what objectives to achieve by the next war council.
Proposals and Objections
Achieve a certain rank to be able to propose alternative kingdom objectives to the ruler.
Even at low ranks, you may be able to object to objectives proposed by other subordinate officers.
The ruler will deliberate in either case, and can change objectives if they accept said proposal.
