New Organize Disband

Castles outside the governance range of the main base (the daimyō's castle) will have lower incomes.
Once your domain has grown, you can create a province and delegate its governance to an officer.
However, the regent also has a governance range, so castles too far from the regent's castle cannot be assigned.
Select Council > Province from the command menu.

New

Create a new province.
Regents can be given control over political strategy and the conquest of other clans.
Provinces independently manage their own civil affairs, military, personnel, and so on. When making a new province, pay attention to the distribution of castles and officers.

Organize

Organize your provinces.
Payment is the amount of gold automatically sent from a province to the daimyō province each month. It will vary depending on the province's gold income.

Appoint Regent Appoint a regent. It must be a lord with a station of senior retainer or above.
Change Province Color Choose the color of the province.
Organize Castle Select castles to affiliate with the province.
Organize Officer Select officers to affiliate with the province. The System Reform LV2 policy allows you to select land holders, and System Reform LV3 allows you to select lords.

Province War Tactics

These war tactics allow provinces to join the attack when the daimyō province marches. Regents may suggest one when you initiate a march, but you can change it.
Different war tactics can be executed depending on each regent's abilities.

Joint Offense The province will march with the daimyō toward the same target.
Ranging Attack The province will march on a different castle of the same clan the daimyō is targeting.
Feint The province can make submissions for special feint plans.
Bolster The province will send soldiers as backup to another province.

Province Plan

Establish a plan for your provinces.

Delegate Capture The province will attack enemy castles at their own discretion.
Capture Castle The province will attack the designated enemy castle. Multiple castles can be designated.
Assist Province The province will support the designated allied province's activities.

Rescind Permission

Choose whether or not to let the province maintain control over captured domains.

Organize

Change the organization of your provinces.
You can change the distribution of castles, officers, and so on.

Disband

Disband a province and add its land to the province under the daimyō's direct control.
